About Cloverleaf Pizza’s Gluten-Free Items
Cloverleaf Pizza strives to ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all our guests, and we offer gluten-free menu items to accommodate guests with specific allergen and dietary needs. However, we are not a gluten-free kitchen, and many of our standard menu items contain naturally occurring gluten. Small amounts of these ingredients may be present in our gluten-free menu offerings.
While we strive to prevent cross-contamination to the greatest degree possible, we cannot guarantee that this will not occur. 📖 The story begins in 1946 when Gus Guerra and his wife Anna first introduced their thick, square shaped pizza to Detroits East side
A rectangular deep dish pizza baked in steel pans & sauce on top was revolutionary at the time
In 1953 Gus & Anna purchased Cloverleaf Bar in Eastpointe and brought the original recipe with them 🍀
The recipe hasn`t changed & neither has our commitment to making pizzas the way Gus intended ❤️
