📖 The story begins in 1946 when Gus Guerra and his wife Anna first introduced their thick, square shaped pizza to Detroits East side
A rectangular deep dish pizza baked in steel pans & sauce on top was revolutionary at the time
In 1953 Gus & Anna purchased Cloverleaf Bar in Eastpointe and brought the original recipe with them 🍀
The recipe hasn`t changed & neither has our commitment to making pizzas the way Gus intended ❤️
