    • Being authentic to our brand is important for smooth development and ongoing seamless procedures. We have an all-inclusive in-person training, video training, and complete documentation to retain for future reference/questions.

    • Cloverleaf’s menu offerings, business practices, restaurant equipment and preparation processes have all proven to be efficient and effective in practice, resulting in a popular, high-demand product and optimal restaurant operations.

who are we looking for?

Success depends on business fundamentals. Cloverleaf Pizza is a closely held, family-owned company whose owners develop a close personal relationship with each of our pizza franchisees. We make it a point to ensure that all franchisees and company leadership share the same ethics, best practices, and vision for our mutual success.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is support available after the restaurant opens?

Yes. Two experienced senior staff members will guide you through the launch process and remain on site for 2-3 weeks following your grand opening. This helps to ensure a smooth transition into a fully independent operation.

What is the franchise fee?

The franchise fee is $25,000.

What are the minimum space requirements?

Between 1200 and 1400 square feet within a standard strip mall. Cloverleaf will consult with franchisees to determine requirements for specific freestanding or in-mall locations.

What is the anticipated buildout cost?

Typical buildout expenses range between $250,000-$500,000, depending on location and restaurant size.
