      What training is provided?
      Cloverleaf provides comprehensive, in-person, on-site training beginning well before each franchise opens. The franchisee and a designated member of senior staff (i.e., general manager) must satisfactorily complete our training program – a five week/five days per week commitment to learning all fundamental operational aspects. Before starting, trainees will view a video presentation providing a high-level overview of the entire process.

      Is support available after the restaurant opens?
      Yes. Two experienced senior staff members will guide you through the launch process and will remain on site from 2-3 weeks following your grand opening, ensuring a seamless transition to fully independent operation.

      Can I receive help later if needed?
      Yes. A designated team member will be available on an ongoing basis for additional consultation if required.

      What is the franchise fee?
      The franchise fee is $25,000.

      What are the minimum space requirements?
      A typical Cloverleaf Pizza franchise will be expected to occupy between 1200 and 1400 square feet within a typical strip mall implementation. Cloverleaf will consult with franchisees to determine requirements for specific freestanding or in-mall locations.

      What is the anticipated buildout cost?
      Typical buildout expenses range between $250,000-$375,000, depending on location and restaurant size.
